With over 2M unique visitors every month consuming their articles for free, there was $15-$30M of potential revenue being left on the table—based on AOV.

Our small team of six ran a week-long Google Sprint that culminated in us building a lightweight prototype to test and validate with customers. We demoed to leadership, got buy-in to invest further and develop the app, and spent just under a quarter bringing it to market.
